This website is operated by Archana Tyagi (Proprietor, Tattva Soul Store). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tattva Soul Store. By accessing our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us the e-commerce platform to sell products and services.

Eligibility & User Account Use of the site is permitted only to individuals who can legally form contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Users under 18 years must use the site under parental supervision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Tattva Soul Store reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

User Conduct & Content Users must not share or post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to secured areas or use automated tools like robots to access the site.

Products & Pricing We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. In case of errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders, Cancellations & Refunds We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement unless it has already been processed. For approved cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. No refunds are applicable for COD orders.

Returns & Exchanges We offer a 3-day return policy for unused and unworn items (except personalized items and idols). Return shipping for non-serviceable areas must be arranged by the customer. Refunds are initiated after item inspection. For missing items in return parcels, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours on working days. Shipping delays due to third-party couriers or statutory requirements are not our responsibility. GST is included in prices and charged as per destination.

Intellectual Property All content, logos, and trademarks on the site are the property of Tattva Soul Store and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or products.

Electronic Communication By using our site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These include emails, updates, and transactional information.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Meerut under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts at Meerut.
