Refund policy

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Since all our jewellery is custom made, we have kept a no refund policy for our store. Although if you aren't happy with your product, we will be happy to exchange/give you a store credit for the same. The product should be in the original condition, accompanied with the receipt and the return should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Any purchases made on the Sale day will be deemed as final and no exchange will be provided.

Earrings can't be exchanged because of hygiene requirements.

If the customer wishes for an exchange/return, all the shipping cost will be borne by them. Any shipping cost will not be eligible for a refund. 


My jewellery is broken or damaged - can I get a replacement?

We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners hence there are no chances of such issues but still if there are any we will be happy to replace any damaged jewellery up to 3 days after receiving the product. All you need to do is to send us the unboxing video without any cuts.

Needless to say the damage should be from manufacturing or shipping errors. 

All the decisions regarding returns eventually will be taken by us.
