Shipping policy
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered across India.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express.
If a pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Prepaid orders are processed first

COD orders may require confirmation through a call or message
Processing time does not include courier transit time.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by location:

Metro cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days

Remote or rural areas: 5–8 working days
These timelines are standard estimates. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other disruptions outside our control.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:

A tracking link will be shared through SMS or email

You can track the shipment on the courier partner’s website

If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us for help
6. Delays and Unserviceable Locations
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but certain situations can cause delays, such as:

Local restrictions

Operational disruptions
If your pin code becomes unserviceable after placing an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
7. Missed or Undelivered Packages
If the courier attempts delivery and the recipient is unavailable:

A second attempt may be made

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us

Re-dispatch will require an additional delivery charge
Please ensure that your address and phone number are accurate and reachable.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes

All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled

Additional COD handling charges may apply based on the courier partner’s terms
9. International Shipping
